Their Story
In January, Jo’le was diagnosed with Stage IV inflammatory breast cancer with secondary tumor in her L2 vertebrae. A decade ago, Steve received a diagnosis of Berger’s disease with IgA nephropathy. He is currently in Stage 4 kidney failure and has been on home dialysis since August of 2024. He has also been dealing with rheumatoid arthritis since mid to late 2025.
